I almost forgot these other very good things which were opposed by the Conservatives:
Banning foxhunting, repeal of Clause 28, a pardon for Derek Bentley, £250 trust fund voucher for babies, reform of pub licensing laws, cigarettes banned in pubs, polytechnics turned into universities and independence for the Bank of England.
