Christophe's Paellla

Christophe and Stephen came round on Thursday night to do a cat and house handover, for the weekend and to our absolute delight and amazement, Christophe brought with him an enormous paella he'd made during the day. Stuffed with mussels, chicken, spicy chorizzo and langoustines and with a lovely dark crusty bottom, it was quite simply, the best paella we've ever had. Thank you Christophe, ever so much.
