I avoided drinking for the 1st time, to Stephen and Mark's displeasure and we ate a delivered Thai meal, which was incredibly hot. Mark and Stephen ate ice cubes afterwards and Stephen commented this morning that his 'bowel movements have been like many salmon leaping through hoops of fire'.
