Other stuff that happened this weekend:
- Ruby looked fantastic in her new dress, a birthday gift from our wonderful child minder Mary
- Ibolya and Ruby looked fantastic against the new (and very cheap) rug I bought last week
- The light in the house was very nice on Saturday morning, our cats are big sun worshippers
- We had a great time baking cakes and buns for Ruby's birthday party, on Saturday morning
- Ruby has a whole sideboard full of birthday cards!
- Becky and Andy came to visit on Sunday morning and came with Andy's cousins, Sean, Andrew and Thomas - who were really lovely
- Ruby's not so fond of her new poncho
- We had Sunday lunch at Laura and Shirri's in Islington. They made baked apples for dessert and we had a marvelous walk round their neighbourhood
