This was our last weekend of Ibolya's maternity leave, with a lot of planning and preparation to make for her return to work and Lookie's first day at our childminder's. So we kept things nice and simple and close to home.
I took Lookie and Ruby for a Dad's morning at the local church hall, while Ibolya had her hair done. And after lunch, Ruby and I went and had a really good swim. Ruby had a great time; she loved jumping in and not exactly swimming but more walking around in the pool.
The picture of dinner last Saturday doesn't belong here but this seemed like as good a place as any to put it and help me remember what a nice dinner it was.
On Sunday morning we went to St Mark's and after a lovely mid-afternoon family snooze, I made popcorn and a good Sunday roast which Lookie completely disrupted as he never likes to see us having a relaxed meal togther.
The first picture is of Lookie's hair. Just as mine continues to recede, thin and turn grey, his lovely blond locks are now quickly thickening and growing. Lucky little poppet.
