Thursday evening I finally got to see, after a many weeks wait, 'The Dark Knight' at the London Imax. This was my 1st experience of seeing a movie in the Imax format and this film, which used Imax cameras for many sequences, is significantly enhanced by the massive screen and visceral sound.

Before the movie, I met Jerry and Tony at the White Hart, behind Waterloo, where we dined on their excellent home made burgers.

The highlight of the evening, for me, was seeing these beautiful, wonderfully preserved streets of railway worker cottages.
